July 2023 Event Cards

August 1, 2022

Hello My Dear Stamping Friends,

Here are the directions for the July Bingo event.  We made five cards instead of four so that we had five baskets, hoping that no one had to wait.

If you’d like to place an order, visit www.stampinlady.com and click on Shop Now, Shop Here.  You can then put your item number or description into the search box. My host code is 2XEATXQX.

I also wanted to let you know that the kits are on sale—with up to 30% off.  I’m sure the ones you want will go quickly so don’t miss out.  There’s also a new Christmas tags kit.  The tags are really pretty.  To see the kits, follow the instructions above and type Kits into the search box.  Or, you’ll see the Kits scrolling across the top of the page; you can click on that.

Don’ forget to use your Bonus coupons during August.

The August event will also be Bingo; it will take place on Friday, August 18, from 10-4.  We’ll stamp four cards in the morning and play 10 games of Bingo in the afternoon.  Everybody gets to choose a Bingo prize.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help in any way.  Call or text 303-888-1862.

Hugs to each of you, Pat

Little Monkeys with Banana Card

Original by Lynn Starzl

You have a piece of Copper Clay card stock to use for punching out the monkey and a small piece of Petal Pink to use for stamping his face and ears.  Just stamp that portion of the stamp onto the Petal Pink card stock.  Then line your stamped image up with the punch and punch them out.

The banana is stamped and in the basket.  You’ll just need to angle the punch to punch it out.

Stamp the other images as shown and color them using the Blends.

The monkey is attached with dimensionals, and the banana is just kind of tucked beside his arm and head.

So Refreshing Lemonade Card

Original by Sharon Armstrong

This one looks a lot more involved than it is.  The little strawberries and little lemons are stamped and cut out for you.  They’re in a little baggie in your packet.

The smallest white piece is for the greeting.  The next The pitcher is cut out for you.  You’ll need to stamp the contents (background lemonade) with Lemon Lolly ink, and add the slices with Daffodil Delight ink.

The long white piece is where you’ll first stamp the glass outlines & lemon outlines.  Be sure  to  stamp the outlines before stamping the insides as it’s hard to see where to stamp without the outline.

There are dimensionals under the pitcher, Lemon Lolly greeting piece, and the two lemons on the “tablecloth”.
