May 2023 Stamp Camp Cards

May 19, 2023

Hello My Dear Stamping Friends,

Here are the cards that we made at Stamp Camp this month.  I hope you enjoy them.

If you experience any problems with my website right now, please know that we’re having problems with GoDaddy and Jim is working on it.  I’m so sorry.

If you’d like to place an order, please click on Order Now, Order Here.  My host code for May is FTASV7HP.  If you place a $50 order, I’ll send you a packet with four card kits in it.  Everybody seems to love these packets.

My next event is Stampin’ Bingo scheduled for June 16.  Let m know if you’d like for me to send you the details.

Thank you, my dear friends.  If you have any questions or if I can help in any way, call or text 303-888-1862.

Many hugs, Pat

 Hello Irresistible Fence Card

Original by Debbie Chronister

The way this card is cut is that you score the 11 x 4 ¼ card stock at 5 ½ and then cut seven half inch pieces from one end.  We then put ran them through the emboss & cut machine using the timber embossing folder.

The Post-It tape is quite helpful for getting the slats in place.  We’ll be happy to show you.  You need about a 6 inch piece of the tape and it can be used more than once so you might want to stick it to your card bag and take it home with you.

When adhering the flowers, you need to put the tape runner or glue on the slats so that the adhesive won’t be coming through the slats.  The bottom flower is attached with dimensionals that are first attached to the slats.  Then place that flower on last.  Tuck the leaves under the flowers.

Copper Clay Fresh as a Daisy Card

Original by Lavonne Schwendeman

Stamp the leaves & stems using the Shaded Spruce pad.

The daisies are cut apart for this card.  Just snip them apart and round the petals as desired.  The large daisy is attached with mini dimensionals under the petals.

For the Copper Clay greeting piece, we just snipped the ends of the die cut off and then attached the white greeting piece to it.  There are dimensionals under the copper piece.

We accidentally used two different daisy stamps for the inside and the envelope.  You may use either or both.

Countryside Inn Designer Paper Card

Original by Tonya Kay Byrd

The hexagons are cut for you.  Arrange them as you want before attaching any of them.  After attaching, you’ll need to trim around the edge for some of them.

If you work fairly quickly, the tape runner tape will let you reposition a little.

There are dimensionals under the greeting hexagon, and the butterfly is attached with glue dots.

Zany Zoo Suite Alligator on Bicycle Card

Original by Julie Gilson

Add Tahitian Tide ink to the little strip that kind of looks like a road with the blending brush.

There are dimensionals under the alligator/bike and under each balloon on the card front.  The other balloons are just attached with tape runner.

The ribbon is in two pieces.  One just wraps around the front of the card with a separate bow attached with glue dots.

Let’s Go Fishing Designer Paper Card

Inspired by Tracy Bradley

Fussy cut the extra fish that’s in your packet.  You’ll match it to one of the fish on your piece of dsp.  You may need to move the greeting around a bit so that it won’t cover your fish.

The 12 inches of twine is wrapped around the smaller Pebbled Path layer and attached on the back with scotch tape.

There are dimensionals under the smaller Pebbled Path piece and under the greeting piece.
