Last Chance for Mini Catalog Items

Hello Friends,

Many items in the January-June mini catalog will retire and quite a few of them have reduced prices beginning on Tuesday, June 1st, at 1:00 p.m. Mountain time.

There are several items that have been discounted by 50%.  As I’m sure you’re aware, many of these items will sell out VERY quickly.  If there’s something that you really want (and may or may not be discounted), please place your order now so you won’t be disappointed.

The retiring list and discounts are shown in the document link shown below

January-June-2021-Mini-Catalog-Last-Chance-Products_US (1)

The discounted prices will not be effective until Tuesday at 1:00.  I’ve been asked: what if I put the items in my cart earlier, will they change prices at 1:00. The answer is, I don’t know and I kind of doubt it.  You could try it, knowing that you might have to start over at 1:00.

If you don’t have the Mini Catalog, you can view it (and order from it) online (link to mini catalog)

Have fun shopping.  My host code is:  N3QVQK22.  If you place a minimum $50 online order using this host code, I’ll send you a packet of four card kits.  If your order is over $150. don’t use my host code and you can claim the host rewards for yourself.  If you are placing a club order, please use that host code.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help in any way.  303-888-1862

Hugs to each of you, Pat

A Sneak Peek of One of the June Reward Cards

Hello My Dear Stamping Friends,

We’re in Maui—thank you to each of you for helping make it possible.   We’ve been at an AirBnB since we arrived here on Tuesday.  Tomorrow (Saturday) we’ll move to the Grand Wailea resort where Stampin’ Up! will take really good care of us.  The weather is so beautiful here.  Jim and I have spent a lot of time on our little verandah.

This is the card that I’m using as my swap for our Maui trip.

I think it’s beautiful and a little bit extra special since it has a tea bag in it.  It will also be one of the June reward cards (including the tea bag).

You probably recall that we can’t stamp any images to send to you (per Stampin’ Up! copyright rules).  You may want to order the bundle or you can use something that you already have.  We’ll include a piece of white card stock that’s the size of our flowers.

The bundle is called Color & Contour; you can see it on page 98 of the new catalog—158356, $50.25.  It’s a great bundle as it not only has images, but it also has great sentiments. I like it a lot.

The colors used are Highland Heather and Soft Succulent along with the Hand-Penned designer paper.  We used the Blending Brushes to color the flowers—page 129, 153611, 3 for $12.

Remember that if you place a $50+ online order using my host code, I’ll send you a packet with four card kits in it.  My host code is:  CS6T2P44.   Don’t use my host code if your order is over $150 and not a club order; you’ll want to claim the host rewards for yourself.  If your order is a club order, please use that host code. To shop click on Shop Now, Shop here.

Karmen Box designed the card and I was lucky enough that she sent one to me.  I asked her permission to use it as my swap.

I’ve also included a picture of Jim sitting on our verandah.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you in any way. Call or text:  303-888-1862.

Many hugs to each of you, Pat

More Beautiful Cards by Karmen

Hello My Dear Stamping Friends,

Happy Mothers’ Day to you!

This is another batch of beautiful cards that Karmen sent to me.  Have fun with them!

I have other cards from some of you that I’ll post in the future if you’ve given me permission to do so.  If you’ve sent cards to me that you’d like to have me post or that you’ll give me permission to post, please let me know.  I’d love to post them.

I imagine you’re aware that the new catalog has gone live.  Have you checked it out, and if you have, what’s your favorite stamp set?  I have a favorite that I almost didn’t even notice.  It’s the Color & Contour bundle on page 98; it has beautiful images as well as greetings.  The dies are amazing.  Check them out.

If you want to place an order, please use host code:  CS6T2P44.  If your order is over $150 or if you’re placing a club order, don’t use this code.  If you’re placing a club order, I’ve sent you a separate code; if your order is over $150, you’ll want to claim the host rewards for yourself.

Enjoy them and please let me know if I you have any questions or if I can help in any way.  Call or text:  303-888-1862.

Retiring List and Sale

Hello My Dear Stamping Friends,

Just a quick note: retiring list & a sale!

Today, March 24th is a big day for all of us.  Stampin’ Up! will release the retiring list at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight time.  This will be for the annual catalog only.  The retiring list for the mini will be published about a month later.

They are releasing the list and have announced that there will be sale prices.  I’ll see the list at 1:00 also so I don’t have any advice for you.  I guess the tip that I can give you is to decide what you really want and be ready with your list—the reduced-price items will fly off the shelves.

You should be able to see the list by clicking on Shop Now, Shop Here at 1:00 today.

March’s host code is:  RBKS42K7. A $50+ order will get you March’s packet of four card kits.

I’m getting ready to submit my list of names for Stampin’ Up! to send catalogs.   If you’re a regular customer of mine, you’ll receive your catalog mid April.  If you don’t have your own demonstrator and would like to have the new annual (big) catalog, just let me know and I’ll have one sent to you.

Thank you so much; I appreciate you every day!

Many hugs, Pat

Butterfly Brilliance Card

Hello My Dear Stamping Friends,

We have a bit of a let’s make lemonade situation with the butterfly products.  The designer paper is no longer available.  I think we can find other designer papers that will work well under a solid color detailed butterfly.  I’d love to see what you come up with.

So, if you’ve purchased the collection or parts of the collection from me, or plan to, we’ll have a little fun with it.  If you’ll email or text me a picture of a card that you’ve made with the bundle, I’ll give you a $10 credit to use on your next order, and we’ll post it on my blog with your name on it.  My March host code is: RBKS42K7.

The $10 credit will be yours as soon as I receive your card.  The offer will expire on April 30.

The products are:

155821  Butterfly Brilliance bundle, $54.75
156825  Natural Touch Specialty paper, $5

It’s such a clever bundle in that you receive a large die that cuts out all six butterflies that are arranged the same way the stamp is so that you can stamp all six of the butterflies at once. (I used my stamparatus to get a perfect stamped image.) The die set also includes a detailed die for each of the six butterflies, as well as several other dies.

I saw a card that another demonstrator created that I’m hoping to be able to show you next week.  It uses the bundle in a very clever way and I’ll hopefully have a great sample to share with you.

I hope you decide to play along (make lemonade) with this clever bundle.  It really is wonderfully clever.

You can email or text me at 303-888-1862.  Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you in any way.

Thank you so much; I appreciate you every day.

Many hugs, Pat

March Incentive Fourth Card & Directions for All

Hello Stamping Friends,

Here are the four cards that you’ll receive when you place a $50 online during March using the host code:  RBKS42K7.  You’ve seen three of them and I finally have the fourth one finished.  It is so cute—I love it as well as the other three.

The beautiful Butterfly Brilliance Collection is featured on two of the cards.  It’s a sneak peek from the new Annual Catalog that will go live in May.  It’s available to order now.  You may see it at www.stampinlady.com by clicking on Shop Now and then Shop Here.  You’ll see the beautiful collection in all its glory.

If you’re placing a club order or your order is over $150, and not a club order, don’t use this host code.  Your club order will have a different host code and if it’s a personal order over $150, you’ll want to claim the host rewards for yourself.

If you’re a regular customer of mine, you’ll receive your copy of the new catalog in April.  If you don’t have your own demonstrator and would like to receive a copy, please let me know and I’ll send one to you.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help in any way:  303-888-1862 call or text.  I’m happy to help you place an order if you want me to.

Thank you so much; I appreciate you every day!

Have a great day and many hugs, Pat

Gorgeous Grape Butterfly Brilliance Card

 Original by Sarah Cade

This card is very easy as everything is cut for you. It is so beautiful!

Attach the largest piece of designer paper to the card front.  Then attach the middle piece to it.

Cut your ribbon in half and use it to wrap around to the back.  Scotch tape it in place on the back.

Attach that entire assembled piece to the card base.

Attach the butterflies with glue dots in the middle so that you can fluff the wings.

You have a small piece of Natural Touch specialty paper on which to put your greeting.  It doesn’t absorb the ink at all so it takes awhile to dry and it will smear until it’s dry.  You might want to use a heat tool to dry it or emboss it with clear embossing powder after stamping.  You could also use your StazOn pad, but it will also take a few minutes to dry. Please remember that StazOn will stain your stamps—I wouldn’t use it with the polymer stamps.

Add your diamonds.

Supplies used include:

Fine Art Floral Purple Card

 Original by Tamie Ackerson

This card is put together for you.

This is how it was done.  I love this card.

Attach the Highland Heather embossed piece to the black card base and then add the designer paper.

Stamp the Highland Heather flower base on the white card stock and then add the Gorgeous Grape layer.

Add the greeting so that you can ensure that you have enough space for it. I stamped the greeting with the Memento black pad.

Add the stem piece stamping with Mossy Meadow ink.

Assemble the layers—there are dimensionals under the smaller black piece.

Tie the ribbon in a knot and attach it with a glue dot.  Add your diamonds.

Ice Cream Cone Card

Original by Patty Bennett

Attach the smaller embossed Blackberry Bliss card stock to the card base as shown.

Attach the designer paper to the Bumblebee card stock.

Lay the cone and scoops of ice cream on the designer paper in the order you want them to be and then start adhering them.  There are dimensionals under all of these pieces,  I put dimensionals at the top of the ice cream scoops only so that everything would be the same height.

Stamp and add the greeting using Blackberry Bliss ink.  I didn’t put dimensionals under it, but I wish I had.  I will on the next one.

Attach the Bumblebee/designer paper layer to the card base.

Add 5 or whatever odd number of sprinkles that you wish.  I attached them with little tiny dots for glue.

I added a cone to the envelope and to the inside.  I stamped the cones with Cinnamon Cider ink and then added the detail with Cajun Craze ink.  I then glued an ice cream scoop that I punched out to each of those two cones.

Supplies used include:

Ice Cream Cone Suite, m 48
